July Revolution or uprising?

In all government and official documents, it has been recorded as the 'July Uprising'. Also, looking at the whole process, it is evident that instead of changing the country's entire system, only a change of government and reform activities are being carried out, which is not consistent with a revolution. But since it came about through the people, it is not the 'July Revolution' but rather the 'July Uprising' that is most accurate. However, many also refer to it as the 'July Revolution'.
