How many engineering universities are there in total?

There are a total of 5 engineering universities in Bangladesh. They are: * Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) * Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) * Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) * Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) * Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) However, general students cannot get admission to DUET. Only those who studied at various polytechnic colleges or institutions under the Technical Board can get admission.
